You're Cooking Good is fast-paced, slapstick comedy with a celebrity chef and his inept sidekick cooking up an outdoor food demonstration. Eye-popping juggling and clowning cause chaos in the kitchen. Humor and play will be used to inspire support for local farm to table choices...in this case farm to street. This parody leaves plenty of room for unexpected shenanigans for audiences to enjoy and interact with.

You're Cookin Good is part of a site-specific, interactive performance series that Footloose presents called Theatecture, a name combining theater and architecture with the mission "to offer people a customized experience of the urban landscape." This year's project premieres during the outdoor free festival at 8:15 and 9:15 pm on Yerba Buena Lane by the Contemporary Jewish Museum. Sponsored annually by the Yerba Buena Community Benefit District, the festival offers live music, dance, art and performance under the stars from 6-10 pm on Saturday, October 15, 2016.

Footloose is funded by San Francisco Hotel Tax Fund/Grants for the Arts, generous individuals and businesses.
